Luxury Suites for Dogs:
- All indoor rooms with heated ceramic floors, air conditioning, Cable TV, a sound system, and elevated beds
- 24 Hour Security, sprinklers, ventilation control with a UV filtration system
- 6 to 8 play/potty sessions per day in individual yards (no group play)
- There is one family suite available. It consists of two adjoining rooms separated by a door that may be open or closed as requested by the owner (during meals, naps, etc.)
Traditional Runs for Dogs:
- Standard indoor/outdoor enclosures with elevated beds
- Sealed concrete floors and stainless steel panels
- The indoor portion of the run has central heat or A/C. The outdoor portion is under roof.

Cat Boarding:
- Roomy, multi-level enclosures
- Guests take turns exploring the amazing Cat House. With 120 square feet of room, the house has Cable TV, a fish tank in the living room, and heated hardwood floors.
- We only board a limited number of cats, so make your reservation as early as possible!

- Every dog is provided a Kuranda bed, but you are welcome to bring a blanket or a towel that smells like home. We do not accept any bedding that contains stuffing or foam.
- Any stuffed toys, chew toys, or bones may be refused if we find them harmful. Please do not bring anything that cannot be left with your pet unsupervised.
- All items must be labeled with your pet's first and last name. Any item that cannot be washed will not be permitted.

- We serve Iams products, but you may bring your own food at no extra charge. Food must be provided in an air-tight container and the amount should be appropriate to the duration of boarding.
- We give all-natural or homemade treats in the afternoon and at bedtime.
- Please notify us of any food allergies at check in.
- There is no charge for administering medications, however we do not give injections.
