To enroll, you must fill out a form online in advance (click the “sign up” button below). When selecting responses for, “Where are you registering to donate?” use the drop-down to select “Pittsburgh” for the “Select region” drop-down, and “Lucky Paws Pet Resort” for the “Select location” drop-down.
